SIMONE BASILE
Head Myotherapist
Simone brings 25 years of experience in treating patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. With over 40 years of involvement in sports, including working with the AFL, local football and a high level of martial arts training, Simone is highly experienced in treating chronic pain conditions, headaches/ migraines, sporting injuries and repetitive strain conditions.
Her approach is treating the body as a whole and incorporating a biopsychosocial approach. Rather than viewing pain as purely a physical problem, the biopsychosocial model recognises that different factors can influence how pain develops, persists and responds to treatment. This way she can develop individual treatment plans that address the underlying contributors to dysfunction and support long term recovery.
Treatment can include:
- Muscle Manipulation
- Deep Tissue Massage
- Dry Needling
- Joint Mobilisation
- Myofascial Release
- Cupping
- Corrective Exercise
- Patient Education
Simone also has a particular passion for working with chronic pain and helping patients manage long-term conditions. Drawing from her own experience with disc injury, lower back pain, and recovery from back surgery, Simone understands the challenges firsthand. This allows her to design targeted rehabilitation programs that support lasting relief and improved function.
Her philosophy is centred on treating the body as a whole. By addressing muscle imbalances—reducing tightness, strengthening weakness, and considering how other body systems may contribute—she aims to restore balance and support the body’s natural healing process.
“When the body is in its natural balance, it can begin to heal.”

Andrew Wickens
Meet Andrew
Andrew is a dedicated Myotherapist passionate about helping people move better, feel better, and achieve their health and wellness goals. He believes that no two patients are the same, which is why he takes an individualised approach to treatment. By combining a range of evidence based techniques, he develops tailored treatment plans that address the root cause of pain and dysfunction rather than simply managing symptoms.
From years of experience as a Myotherapist and Remedial Massage Therapist, Andrew has built a strong reputation for delivering effective treatment for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. He has a particular interest in treating tendinopathies, headaches and migraines, plantar fasciitis, lower back injuries, repetitive strain injuries, and both acute and chronic pain conditions.
One of Andrew’s greatest passions is treating neck related conditions. He finds it especially rewarding to help patients experiencing neck pain, stiffness, tension headaches, migraines, and postural dysfunction that can significantly impact daily life. Andrew understands the important role the neck plays in overall wellbeing, with dysfunction often contributing to headaches, shoulder discomfort, jaw tension, reduced mobility, and difficulty concentrating.
Through a combination of hands-on treatment, movement-based rehabilitation, and patient education, he aims not only to provide relief from symptoms but also to achieve lasting improvements in function and quality of life.
Andrew enjoys working with a diverse range of patients, from office workers experiencing postural strain and repetitive stress injuries to active individuals and athletes seeking recovery from injury or improved performance. His goal is to empower patients with the knowledge, treatment, and strategies they need to confidently manage their condition and return to the activities they enjoy most.
